I became a marriage celebrant not long after my own marriage because I thought that I could bring something special to marriage celebrancy that I didn't find in my own celebrant. My own is a mixed marriage - my husband and I have different faiths and were brought up on opposite sides of the world... I bring to my ceremonies an understanding of how blending families shouldn't mean the loss of tradition or values. Your ceremonies are important to me, and I specialise in bringing together traditions and culture for unique ceremonies. I am a family celebrant and have experience in ceremonies covering the full life cycle of events. Informal or formal nothing is too difficult. I specialise in interfaith ceremonies and find that my Hebrew language skills assist when one of the bridal couple is Jewish. I also officiate at ceremonies for families of many different religions as well as those who prefer no religious tradition at all. When you choose me as your celebrant you are guaranteed my undivided attention on your wedding day as I only accept 1 booking/day. I won't be running from another ceremony to yours if the other bride is late, nor will I be rushing away to get to another appointment. Your special day deserves to be exclusive. I am not the cheapest celebrant around - if you're shopping around based on price you probably shouldn't read any further. However if you're looking for a high quality, value for money service you've found the right celebrant. My $600 fee (for weddings) is a flat rate and is inclusive of up to $20M of public liability insurance (which can save you up to $170 on venue hire), use of my PA system, name change kit (if required), signing table and chair and lodgement and preparation of all your documents. A travel surcharge pay apply for travel in excess of 30km - contact me for details. I also offer 3 different services for naming ceremonies starting at $50. Choose to purchase a "do it yourself" ceremony kit, OR have the ceremony tailor made and written for you but you choose a loved one to officiate OR I also provide full service naming ceremonies.
